I decided to replace my 18 water heater before it failed and became an emergency. Nick came to the house, examined my current installation, explained what he would do and how long he thought it would take. He also offered options. There was no pressure. Bow Tie Plumbing was not the lowest of the 6 estimates that I got but based on their reviews, their Better Business Bureau rating and accreditation, and Nick's explanations, I decided to go with Bow Tie Plumbing. I am very happy with the work performed. There were no surprise fees. The final bill was exactly what was estimated. I recommend Bow Tie Plumbing.

Great company! Highly recommended. I called them at 3:00 and they were there by 5:00. I had and leak underground and they were able to have it fixed that night. So thankful for them to be so prompt and efficient that my family was to have the water back on the same day. I know everyone including me always thinks first responders are always the ones we think about, but without the trades out there we could not live the way we need to be also. With that being said give them a call with any problems. FYI. Extremely affordable without having to pay the cost of the overpriced big company names that are advertising on TV all the time.

Everything went as planned. The young man who installed our water heater did an excellent job. He was very young, so I was hesitant. He assured me he knew what he was doing. He was very courteous. It’s been almost a year and the water heater is working as it should.

This is part one of a two-part review. Travis came to give me an estimate on a new project. He was very pleasant and on time. Slab leak! If you want excellent results without unnecessary irritation or expense- call Travis Bowmen at Bow Tie Plumbing. Slab leaks can be tricky and take 4 hours or 2 days- mine was a tricky 2 day reroute.
